Paul is professional and approachable. He recently started treatment for my daughter, and yet he was willing to help us complete a form for my daughter so, I can get time off approved from work. He offered understanding in my situation.

He has help me come a long way, he has been able to take me of two pills that were not good for me. And trust me I’m not a easy patient so I give him a very hard time but he stuck in there with me can got me off them and too better medicine. Lest week I was going though very hard times he helped me get thorough it. Dr Paul is a wonlderful doctor.
From setting up my 1st appt to seeing Dr. Ackah for the first time, everyone was professional & polite. I was in a unique situation where I needed a last minute appt with a new provider so I could fill my medication quickly. The receptionist helped me make it happen ASAP! All my telehealth appts are on time, efficient, & comfortable. Ive never felt judged, influenced, or like I wasn’t taken seriously as I have in the past with other providers. No struggle to refill meds like I have in the past!
Highly recommend Dr. Paul and Kema health services. Despite continuing medication through a primary care provider I hadn't been to a psychiatrist in almost 20 years. I was incredibly anxious about finding the right person to talk to and someone that could help me with my lifelong struggles. Kema was the 1st place I tried and in just a few visits with Dr. Paul I am feeling the best I have in years. He and his staff are very friendly, easy to communicate with and make me feel very comfortable
