Dr Paul is one of the best.
Always am shown exercises along with an adjustment, which is great! I am able to be seen right away if necessary. Also has Saturday availability too.

Depending on your situation, an "adjustment" can be (temporarily) painful, but definitely worth the outcome if you are someone who prefers a natural solution for pain relief.
