The background paperwork was difficult. I completed it at home as directed- the computer said I was successful but when I got to the office, I was told there was no record of my work- had to redo, with a supplied but unfamiliar taShow moreblet which was very frustrating - bad initial experience. Once completed, my experience was great! The staff cared about addressing my issues and concerns. Developed the next steps. Made sure I understood the what and how they were going to address my concerns. I came away with a very positive feeling about the care I received and will receive going forward.

I didn’t spend much time with Dr. Janda however I was very impressed he even stoped in to meet me and go over my treatment plan.
