I have seen dozens of doctors and physical therapists throughouShow moret this time, (including marrying one.) This is the first time I have experienced relief like this. The approach that Dr. Jacob and his staff utilize has dramatically increased my quality of life. I have already and will continue to recommend them to others.

Caring and professional team. I felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. Every procedure was explained in detail so that I knew in advance what was going to be done. I highly recommend Dr. Paul Jacobs for your physical therapy needs.

I always feel welcomed and valued. My treatment plan is explained and I am monitored closely as the session is unfolding. All staff members are attentive, friendly and professional.
Dr. Jacobs is personable and knowledgable. He takes time to explain every aspect of the recovery plan. He listens attentively to your concerns and fashions a exercise plan that meets your needs. Dr. Jacobs shows you how to do all the exercises and offers alternative ways to do each, if needed. I think he's wonderful!
I continue to be blown away with the service and the relief I experienced. Pain level went from 7-8 to about a 2 now. I am so very grateful. I can't say enough.
The concern for my well-being was tremendous. I was unable to complete the session due to a medical condition. Everyone there mobilized to stabilize my blood pressure and put a plan in place to get me seen at the emergency room. Their professionalism and compassion made me feel safe and well cared for. I can't say enough about the wonderful care and follow-up I received.

Caring, knowledgeable, give explanations of treatments used, answer all my questions, frequently ask me for feedback so that the treatment can be adjusted if possible or another treatment is used, comfortable atmosphere. When I leave I feel empowered to participate in my own healing.

Extremely happy with the PT services. I was very skeptical about going to Back To You but I’m so glad I did. I’ve only had 3 treatments but already feel confident this is the right Therepy for me. My PTA is wonderful and she makes sure all my needs are addressed.
I have been going to see Dr Petrone for some time now, but we discussed doing PT for my hip pain since I have bursitis. Today’s appointment was awesome with Dr Jacobs for PT. Learned some new things to do and was able to walk out with minimal issues. Based off of my MRI- it’s my lower back and not hip - radiating pain to hip . Awesome doctors and staff, and highly recommend.

I have had lifelong chronic pain and degenerative spine and found Dr. Paul near my home in PSL. My first impression was that you are not just a number in this office. You are a patient and a person in pain. The staff and doctors are warm, friendly, and there to help you get better.
