Yesterday’s consultation at the Las Vegas Neurology Center was truly a Godsend. And no, this is not hyperbole. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew. After two ENT appointments, three visits to the Emergency Room and a 5 day stayShow more in hospital, Andrew not only knew what was the cause of my escalating (painful) medical condition but, was able to significantly diminish it via a course of medication the same day. For almost two consecutive months, I’ve been experiencing a searing, electrical pain throughout the soft tissue on the entire left side of my face. It is difficult to speak, eat and even touch that side of my face without experiencing extreme, almost debilitating discomfort. In short, I learned yesterday that my Trigeminal nerve was either nicked or detrimentally affected during a surgical procedure I had in June. It went untreated and resulted in the above, excruciating, symptoms. Now that the origin of this health issue has been identified, I am relieved to know it can (and will) be resolved. I understand that nerve damage takes time to heal. However, under the care of such an attentive, experienced staff, I’m confident my recovery will be thorough. I would also like to mention how much I appreciate Dr. Janda taking the time to consult with me as well. He patiently listened to me and provided an encouraging diagnosis. This is how medical care should be: compassion and empathy resulting in an understanding resolution all founded in professionalism. I highly recommend the Las Vegas Neurology Center, especially to those individuals who are suffering from abnormal neurological pain.
I have to say that the NP that I went to see at another clinic. Wanted a nerve test done. She gave me a number to call. I did and left a message. Never heard back from them. I would call back some days later .. weeks .. mail boShow morex was full. That was over a month ago. Finally I couldn't take any more of the pain in both hands. Long story short .. lol.. Ended up going to urgent care. Wednesday last week. Fri I saw a hand specialist. Was referred here and was surprised to hear from them so quickly. Went in and was very apprehensive before going in. Roberto the tech put my mind at ease. Was very kind, amazing, funny and calming. Which helped me get through it without crying .. lol Thank you again Roberto! The Dr. was very kind as well. I definitely would recommend it here. Thank you everyone!

On time and the doctor was very professional and knowledgeable.
Visit was great. Explained everything that was to be done. I have no negative feedback.
I sat in the cold room for an hour before Dr Janda came in. He didn't say hello and when I asked him why he's so late, he said they had a computer glitch. What does a glitch have to do with him coming to see me? He then asked what's wrong and I told him I'm concerned about my cognition , He ask me stupid questions like what I had for breakfast, and do I get lost. After a while he said what is it you want from me? I said I was hoping for some kind of test to evaluate my brain. He said I can't help you I'm going to get somebody else and walked out without saying another word. So I got up and left. It was a waste of my time and money. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a doctor
In my initial visit the doctor is asking for tests that I do hope can resolve my issues. Those are a few more test than I expected. His investigation will hopefully resolve my issue
A little bit rushed but very thorough
Muy buena atención de todo el personal.-

Staff weren't just Staff they were experts, they were very nice and helpful. They listened to me, they didn't just hear me but actually listened and understanding. The Staff were very clear with the instructions and advise given. This is a place to be when in need of medical services.
My appointment was at 9:30. I check-in at 9:42. My wait in the waiting room was short. But once I got in the room. I was not since until after 11:39. Was so pissed
Other than the fact they were 45 mins late. The experience was good.
Everyone was friendly in the office and both the resident and supervising doctor were thorough and explained treatment plan in detail.

I can't rate Dr. Janda as I did not see him. I saw the Nurse Practitioner and that was a good experience. It would have been nice to have seen the Dr. if only for a few minutes
Very pleased with the wait time and the way the doctors work together to help figure out a diagnosis.
