I have to say that the NP that I went to see at another clinic. Wanted a nerve test done. She gave me a number to call. I did and left a message. Never heard back from them. I would call back some days later .. weeks .. mail boShow morex was full. That was over a month ago. Finally I couldn't take any more of the pain in both hands. Long story short .. lol.. Ended up going to urgent care. Wednesday last week. Fri I saw a hand specialist. Was referred here and was surprised to hear from them so quickly. Went in and was very apprehensive before going in. Roberto the tech put my mind at ease. Was very kind, amazing, funny and calming. Which helped me get through it without crying .. lol Thank you again Roberto! The Dr. was very kind as well. I definitely would recommend it here. Thank you everyone!

It was very nice. Everyone was so nice n helpful. They answered all my questions n explained everything to me so I was able to understand.
ABSOLUTELY wonderful doctor...answered ALL my concerns, questions, & ailments...he even went the EXTRA mile to reassure my concerns.
I was made to wait an entire hour and my appointment was at 9:15 am and I arrived 15 minutes early. I was treated like crap!!!

Okay for the most part. I was a little bit late for my 8:45 appointment as a new patient. But not that late. I was finally taken back from the waiting room at 10:45 or so. More wait in the room. The NP Sears, was awesome

Staff was friendly, helpful, patient and informative.
Dr. Janda and Dr. Sai spent a significant amount of time with me and were very thorough in their examination and explanations. This was a good example of superior medical practice that we patients rarely see any more. I received the medication they prescribed within a couple of hours and it is helping. I look forward to participating in the rest of the treatment plan.

Upon arrival Jennifer Walsh queried me relative the condition I experienced. After learning the circumstances, she provided me with an assessment of the possible or probable cause and related her recommendation for treatment. I was given information relative to the upcoming tests and treatment. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge at this facility.

I sat in the cold room for an hour before Dr Janda came in. He didn't say hello and when I asked him why he's so late, he said they had a computer glitch. What does a glitch have to do with him coming to see me? He then asked what's wrong and I told him I'm concerned about my cognition , He ask me stupid questions like what I had for breakfast, and do I get lost. After a while he said what is it you want from me? I said I was hoping for some kind of test to evaluate my brain. He said I can't help you I'm going to get somebody else and walked out without saying another word. So I got up and left. It was a waste of my time and money. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a doctor
In my initial visit the doctor is asking for tests that I do hope can resolve my issues.Those are a few more test than I expected. His investigation will hopefully resolve my issue
