Yesterday’s consultation at the Las Vegas Neurology Center was truly a Godsend. And no, this is not hyperbole. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew. After two ENT appointments, three visits to the Emergency Room and a 5 day stayShow more in hospital, Andrew not only knew what was the cause of my escalating (painful) medical condition but, was able to significantly diminish it via a course of medication the same day. For almost two consecutive months, I’ve been experiencing a searing, electrical pain throughout the soft tissue on the entire left side of my face. It is difficult to speak, eat and even touch that side of my face without experiencing extreme, almost debilitating discomfort. In short, I learned yesterday that my Trigeminal nerve was either nicked or detrimentally affected during a surgical procedure I had in June. It went untreated and resulted in the above, excruciating, symptoms. Now that the origin of this health issue has been identified, I am relieved to know it can (and will) be resolved. I understand that nerve damage takes time to heal. However, under the care of such an attentive, experienced staff, I’m confident my recovery will be thorough. I would also like to mention how much I appreciate Dr. Janda taking the time to consult with me as well. He patiently listened to me and provided an encouraging diagnosis. This is how medical care should be: compassion and empathy resulting in an understanding resolution all founded in professionalism. I highly recommend the Las Vegas Neurology Center, especially to those individuals who are suffering from abnormal neurological pain.

Everyone there was so professional. I appreciate the care and support on my very first visit. Thank you! And the facility was clean considering the number of patients that was there during my visit.

Patient, kind and explained every step.
I waited 1 hr & 20 minutes to be seen. Everyone else had been called in in a timely manner, including people who had appointments after me. After being taken to a room, seen by Kristian, and taking a test, I waited again. After 2 1/2 hours total I needed a restroom, then waited again. I finally stood in the doorway to see if I could talk to someone. Kristian came down the hall and was surprised to see me still there. He asked me if I had seen a doctor yet. I told him that I had not. He got me checked out and said I would see a doctor on my next visit. All people except 1 were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The getting lost in the shuffle was obviously a problem.
Feel very welcome
Never saw the Doctor. I waited 50 minutes in the exam room, no doctor so I left. It was a complete waste of my time.
After talking to the docto Janda that we had such peace of mind looking forward to being his patient for a long time
I'm deeply grateful for the excellent care I received. Thank you Las Vegas Neurology Center for your dedication and teamwork. Highly recommended!
