Very nice doctor, very concerned about my issues. I'm glad I came here.

good
Very kind and good service
Very welcoming and professional. Took the time to really listen. It was a very pleasant visit.
It’s a very big practice. Lots of moving parts. It was good to come there early to get parking as the lot is quite small around the building but there is parking we noticed after our appointment across the street. It was nice to get back into the patient waiting room well before my 8:15am appointment. The paperwork they wanted completed prior to my appointment was not submitted as soon as we walked in the door because their computers were down, we were told to give at the end of our appointment at checkout. When we arrive to check out nothing was ever asked of us. It would’ve been nice even though we requested the paperwork prior to the appointment which we did receive, it would’ve been nice to have known that if the online check-in is the same as the paperwork we wouldn’t have to do both. But then to come to find out that the online check-in didn’t even work the numerous times that we tried to get into the system so it created a bit of frustration so we just tried to submit the paperwork but then we couldn’t because their computers were done. And nobody followed up with us to take our paperwork so we were kind of like okay now what do we do? As far as getting back into the room yes the medical assistant did review the paperwork and still asked us the same questions that were written down on the papers that we handed to her that were not able to be scanned in. So it was a bit redundant. Dr. Janda was really good my husband’s extremely happy with him. A big plus! Upon checkout, again certain piece of information as mentioned above were not asked for and then we were wondering even though we got a letter or a piece of paper that said our office will contact you about setting up your appointments for testing. We’re really hoping that somebody from that busy practice does that so that my wife doesn’t have to be proactive and take care of it not that she won’t. It’s just a practice says they’re gonna do it. We hope that the follow up is there.
Really listened to what I had to say and I didn’t feel rushed

Very thorough
It was a long wait- especially since we had no idea what the appointment would entail. We spent all of 3 minutes with Dr. Janda. I also got the feeling the medical staff did not even read my husband's medical file as they appeared to have no clue about his medical issues.
Test was done very efficiently
the best
