First, I found the virtual assistant to be easy to use for a appointment need and efficient. The visit was terrific, got the help I needed from Dr. Katz who is always the best and his team and was out and back at work by 9:45. IShow more'm improving daily.

Office visit good,the only thing is that dr,Katz was to refill a prescription for amlodipine 5mg,but Walgreens has no record,this was 1/14/26,I called the office on the 15th and 16th ,but no response, but every one is really nice,

I've been Dr. Katz patient I think since 2005. He's been with a few different Medical Groups (Staffing people have Changed) but Dr Katz has always been Very Steady and Unwavered through those changes. We don't always See Eye to Eye on Health matters but He's at least willing to listen to try to come up with a Compromise that won't negate Your Health Care
