The staff provided prompt and excellent patient care
Love Dr.Katz!!! But you lose 2 stars because you cannot speak to a person when you call the office. It’s all AI and very very frustrating. If it wasn’t for Dr. Katz I would leave this office for one that’s easier to get in touch with. Please consider having a live person to answer the phone!!!

He listens carefully to concerns and explains in easy-to-understand language each of the procedures performed and test results received in his offices and labs. A Memphis treasure!
Saw my provider on Monday, check-in went smooth, the assitant who took me back was Warm Friendly and conscientious. She gathered all the information about my visit, noting the two meds I needed to be refilled and The Pharmacy it was to be call. My Doctor noted all my history for the past year and agreed to refill two of my medications. Spent maybe 5 minutes with me for a annual check-up. As I came out of the room I saw he was gathering what to look like a group of doctors for some sort of meeting in the hall. Seeing this I saw what the rush was to complete my visit. By Wednesday the two medication had not been refilled, one of which I had been out of for 3 days. I called and talk to medical assistant who said he told her he had called them in. I said Pharmacy does not have to order. she checked and indeed the Pharmacy did not have the medication. Thursday I called again and got someone not even in the office, who took my information and said she would take care of it and she did. Other things going on in the Office is there is only one Lab Person and with all the Doctors and Nurse Practitioners ordering lab work that area is overrun. when I came out of exame room some one took me down to a bench to wait to be called into the lab. After the lab-draw I found other emplyees aruging among themselves that when I was brought down to the lab, I had been put on the wrong bench and it supposely caused confusion. I don't see why because I was the only patient in the area and there was a hall full on benches. Too much confusion for this Old-Girl. I will seek another Group where I don't feel like I am in a Air-port or Bus Station where I am just number. I hate that my provider sold the practice to HoneyComb med. group
