Dr.Katz himself was AWESOME. I love coming to see him he's fantastic. Great bed side manner and friendly and intelligent. My only problem was the girl at the front desk. I called 8 times and could not get through to get an appointment until I called Dr katz nurse directly and I could see why when I got there. She was never at the desk and if she was she was extremely rude. I saw multiple people trying to check in and she was in the back somewhere talking about protein bowls and mayonnaise, one women was so upset she went in the back and was yelling who works at the front I need to check in. I work the front desk at dentist office and I do not leave my desk unless someone else can take over for how ever long I need to step away. She had a bad attitude and even my family and friends I've referred to dr katz have told me they're switching doctors because they can't get her to answer the phone or call them back to make an appointment. Im staying because dr katz and his nurse are 5 stars. Front desk girl needs to go.

Excellent ! Dr. Katz took time with me and went over everything thoroughly ! He has caring and sensitive mannerism which is rare with doctors.
My experience was best in class. Every person who I interacted with was very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Dr. Katz is the best! I’m very fortunate to say that he is our family doctor and we appreciate him very much. Also, the office itself is inviting, large and comfortable.
