Dr MacDonald has been my husband and my Primary Care Physician for over 20 years. He really cares about his patients! Honestly, he even thinks about your care in his off time. Not unusual to receive a message entered late at nighShow moret or on a weekend. We live in Massachusetts but are very happy to drive to NH to keep him as our Primary. And on top of being a hard working caring doctor, he’s an excellent diagnostician.

Dr. Paul MacDonald is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with a strong academic background and a commitment to providing excellent medical care to his patients. He was born and raised in the greater Boston area and has recently relocated to New Hampshire to embrace the lifestyle and opportunities offered in the Granite State.

Always on time, very thorough and allows the time you need. He is not a 10 minute Doctor and answers all question and concerns in a concise easy to understand manner. The support staff is great as well

Was checked in and seen rightaway. Staff are welcoming and friedly. Dr McDonald listened while I described my symptoms and throughly examined me, ruled out a few things and ordered an appropriate test to confirm his diagnosis, which it did. Prescribed an Rx and within several days I was back on track, avoiding a hospital stay. Felt well cared for! Thank you dr. McDonald and the staff at Southern NH Internal Medicine Associates!

He is a great doctor. He covers all bases and fully understands. What’s going on. He is very thorough. It’s great to have a doctor like him for your primary care.
