Paula ,and her staff at Willow, are all very pleasant and communicate well with patients. They make decisions based on blood work and by listening to the patient. Dealing with hormones can be tricky and I feel like Paula and Lori really listen to understand and then make necessary adjustments. They also check back in with you to see how things are going. I feel seen and heard when I go.
