Paula ,and her staff at Willow, are all very pleasant and communicate well with patients. They make decisions based on blood work and by listening to the patient. Dealing with hormones can be tricky and I feel like Paula and Lori Show morereally listen to understand and then make necessary adjustments. They also check back in with you to see how things are going. I feel seen and heard when I go.

From the time I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was very professional very friendly. The doctor listened to my needs and concerns. I would recommend her to friends and family. When it was time to schedule my next visit once again the receptionist was as nice as could be with a huge smile. You can tell that people enjoy working here.
I feel like Paula really listens to what it is going on with me and never gives off a judgemental vibe. She uses the blood work to get to the bottom of my issues. I am looking forward to continuing to heal my body and feel better.

Dr. Moorman was very thorough and took her time. My ONLY complaint is the process of scheduling. I completely understand being very busy and backlogged. I just wish it was possible to just get ON the book even if it’s way out, as opposed to being on a callback list for a very uncertain time in the future.
