Let me start off by mentioning that Dr. Muradov is the finest surgeon I know. This is my view after his having successfully completed two hip replacement surgeries on me, about a year apart. The first hip was real bad and quite Show morea challenge to perform the pertinent surgery. It took an hour extra to complete. Due to the great job he did, I recovered very quickly, and was back on my feet without pain within six months. That is when I decided to get the other hip replaced since it was worsening with every passing day. There was no doubt in my mind who would perform this second replacement surgery. You guessed it... Dr. Muradov. We set this up about a year after the first. Again, after six months I have recovered and started going back to gym after two years absence. I have gradually ratcheted up the intensity of my exercise regimen to include jogging. Boy, does it feel good to painlessly jog again after decades of pain at every step! At my six months follow up doctor visit, the X-Rays showed the two new joints healing very well in perfect symmetry, exhibiting the great skill of the surgeon to hit the mark perfectly on precision of critical dimensions measurements. If I had to do it again with any other joint, my first choice to carry out this would be Dr. Muradov. I highly recommend him to anybody else on this earth with similar joint issues I had.

Pavel Muradov, MD, is a dual fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee surgery at Integrity Orthopedics in Katy, Texas. The focus of his practice is on high-quality adult knee and hip reconstruction with an emphasis on multimodal pain control.

Originally born in Moscow, Russia, Dr. Muradov was raised in Siberia, and trained in the United States. He later graduated from the University of Houston in 2006, earning a double major in chemistry and biology. He then graduated from the University of Texas – Galveston and completed his orthopedic surgical residency at the University of California, San Francisco-Fresno joint program. In 2015, he returned to Houston for a one-year adult hip and knee reconstruction fellowship at the Texas Medical Center. The following year, he completed an intensive, minimally invasive anterior hip fellowship in Belgium.
In the interim, he has been working as a contracting surgeon delivering orthopedic care to underserved areas of the United States. He has also authored several peer-reviewed articles and has been invited to speak at national conferences on various orthopedic topics.
In 2017, Dr. Muradov partnered with Houston Methodist to provide patients with the most up-to-date care relating to hip and knee problems. Since then, he has expanded to the HCA and Herman health systems to accommodate all of his patients and their insurance plans.

Dr. Muradov and his staff are exceptional. When speaking to patients, Dr. Muradov has a very calm demeanor, and explains everything in detail. My knee surgery was very successful, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Muradov, and use him again for any future issues. I like the fact that there is a physical therapy department on site. The physical therapy team is very knowledgeable and respectful of their clients.
Dr Muradov was very thorough and astute as well as pleasant. He was quick to recognize that my problem was related to circulation rather than joint failure . Although he could not accept me as a patient, he was very accurate in his assessment.

I contacted Dr. Muradov's office due to an emergency situation created by another physician. I was at a freestanding ER in a critical state. Not only did he agree to take my case, he had me in surgery the next day and I'm sure saved me from some potentially serious complications. He was thorough, considerate, professional, extremely knowledgeable and reminded me that there still are physicians that put patient care first. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
