My theoretic approach is psychodynamic and is tailored to the unique needs of the patients I work with. This approach can be beneficial for patients who have a willingness to commit to long-term treatment, meet for a minimum of once a week sessions, a desire for self-exploration, and an openness to exploring the unconscious mind, in other words who can look inward for meanings in their behaviors and patterns and want to learn about these internal factors. My areas of focus include but are not limited to working with persons experiencing life transitions, issues of self-esteem, and learning how to cope with stress, trauma, grief, and loss. I have great respect and empathy for my clients and I conduct my work while being aware of the immense journey that all of us go through when we seek treatment. My job is to guide you on your journey to become your best self and help you reach your self-healing potential.
