Penelope is very attentive to your concerns. Easy to get prescriptions. Like most doctors you have to wait a while.
Have had a few health issues to which Dr Jackson has helped resolve. She is very caring and through.
It all went great except I had to wait in exam room 40 minutes before seeing the doctor. I know this can happen sometimes and it’s been a one time thing, so, it’s not a problem. Overall my visit was great.
Dr. Jackson was very thorough. She went over my blood work, and had a plan to remedy my ailments. Very pro active in her treatment. I feel well cared for by her and her staff!

Dr Jackson is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I have been seeing her about 3 years and believe she is the best PCP I have ever been fortunate enough to have as my PCP. Her knowledge is such that she knows when to diagnose a problem and treat it and when to refer the problem to a specialist. That is a very comforting feeling. I felt very comfortable in her office, she is very easy to talk with. Made sure I was ok with her checking everything out, and making sure all my blood work was done. Then return for results and discuss what I need to do.

I was unable to stay for my appointment. I waited an hour and there were still 4 people ahead of me. I never have had this experience. Usually very prompt so I had a job interview scheduled and could not miss it. I will be back, I believe in Dr. Jackson!
