Penninah Muthoka, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She treats children ages 10 and older, adolescents, adults, and older adults with conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma-related disorders, sleep concerns, women’s mental health issues, addiction, and other mood disorders. Penninah takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, combining medication management, education, and wellness strategies to create individualized treatment plans.
