The doctor's staff is pleasant and efficient. I was greeted promptly and after completing a new patient form, I was escorted to an examination room and asked a series of targeted questions by a very astute assistant. Within 5-minuShow moretes of completing this query. Dr. Benincasa presented himself. He the asked questions relevant to my issues and listened very carefully. He explained each step of the diagnostic procedure and made sure I understand. I found him to have excellent mannerisms and a good sense of humor. This was a very pleasant experience.
I took my daughter for an evaluation. I love how informative and educational Dr.Benincasa is he made my daughter feel comfortable cause she thought she was getting the allergy tests which we know include needles but he was just soShow more pleasent and i love that even with explaining to us about whats going on with her he still made us laugh. I myself am a patient of his and i just didnt want to take her anywhere else if it wasnt with him. The staff is also very pleasent .

He kept me waiting in the next room for over 45 while talking and talking to the patient next to me . That’s not right My appointment was for 12:30 . The put me in the exam room at 12:35 and I didn’t get seen until around 1:20. He was talking to the same patient for like 45. On and on and on

Never a bad experience! Doctor and staff are super nice and very knowledgeable. My husband has been seeing Dr. Benincasa and Dr. Lucas for more than 5 years. And now our kids will be seeing him for the years to come.
