My spine doctor, Dr. Horne took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my X-ray, treatment plan, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very professional, compassionate and spoke with cShow moreonfidence leaving no room for me to think twice about what’s next. The office staff, was also friendly, efficient, and organized. I did not wait long after check in or for my X-ray. The room was clean and calming. I highly recommended this practice to everyone.
I find Dr Horne to be excellent extremely thorough after moving to North Carolina 9 years ago from New York I find it very difficult to find a good Dr here, but I am more than satisfied with Dr Horne & his assistant his staff Show moreis excellent as well especially Mellisa she always goes above & beyond I highly recommend their practice

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Horne. He impressed me both times with his knowledge and warmth. I have not yet decided if I will have surgery but I have complete confidence in his skills and care.

Dr Horne and his PA are very professional and very patient. He reviewed my MRI and explained everything in words that I could understand. My exam didn’t reflect my MRI. Dr Horne was thorough and discussed options to treat my spondylolisthesis. I wanted more conservative options and felt heard about this. I didn’t feel rushed, unlike my previous experience with a PA at Ortho NC.
Dr. Horne, his PA, and entire staff are very kind and caring. After a thorough exam, Dr. Horne explained findings, recommended treatments and patiently answered all my questions. Very compassionate.
