My spine doctor, Dr. Horne took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my X-ray, treatment plan, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very professional, compassionate and spoke with cShow moreonfidence leaving no room for me to think twice about what’s next. The office staff, was also friendly, efficient, and organized. I did not wait long after check in or for my X-ray. The room was clean and calming. I highly recommended this practice to everyone.
Dr. Horne is an awesome doctor. He explained what my options were for possible surgery. I loved that he decided to try one more thing before deciding on whether the neck pain warranted surgery. He and his PA were very professionaShow morel and detailed and eased my nerves about what’s to be done next. I would definitely recommend him and his practice to anyone who is having pain and surgery may be an option.

The first Dr I have had since my injury that has actually examined me not just look at an MRI. The first to want to find out what's really wrong. I'm so greatful for him and his team.
No confidence in this dr. I should have walked out when they made me fill out papers indicating this dr is not affiliated with OrthoNC practice. After waiting for 1 hour & 15 minutes alone in a room with no word he finally showed up & acted like it's normal to wait that long! He also did not review my records prior to seeing me. I found out more about my condition myself via ChatGPT than this dr fumbled his way through. I will not be seeing this dr again!

Dr. Horne and his supporting staff were extremely professional and handled my neck situation reasonably with a decision made cooperatively between he and my wife and myself to start with physical therapy vice a more invasive procedure. Looking forward to see if the PT works for me.
Best spinal care ever. Dr Horne is very detailed in his examinations, and encourages questions from patients, no matter how many you have. Unfortunately front desk staff could be a little more personable, but they are very professional and very efficient.

I find Dr Horne to be excellent extremely thorough after moving to North Carolina 9 years ago from New York I find it very difficult to find a good Dr here, but I am more than satisfied with Dr Horne & his assistant his staff is excellent as well especially Mellisa she always goes above & beyond I highly recommend their practice
Information about surgery needed was provided with details and all my questions were addressed. The office moved quickly to set up a surgery date.
