Dr. Horne is an awesome doctor. He explained what my options were for possible surgery. I loved that he decided to try one more thing before deciding on whether the neck pain warranted surgery. He and his PA were very professionaShow morel and detailed and eased my nerves about what’s to be done next. I would definitely recommend him and his practice to anyone who is having pain and surgery may be an option.

I had my first visit with Dr. Horne and I was very impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand. I feel like I’m in good care!

I had a 4:15 appointment and Dr.Horne didn’t walk into the room until 5:20. Totally unacceptable and I won’t be returning. He spent time in the room with me but it felt like he was not fully there. I won’t be returning.
Dr Horne explained my problem and what possible solutions we might take. His explanation of my problems were thorough and precise. When he was finished, he asked me twice if I had any questions. He had a way of putting me at ease when he walked into the room
I went to the wrong office and ended up being nearly an hour late! They kindly waited for me and thanked me for driving all the way from Cary. I trust Dr. Horne, he is thoughtful, thorough in his explanations and listens carefully. He considers what I am looking for.
I had a very good experience with Dr Horne. He was very professional but very friendly also. He thoroughly explained the procedure he was going to perform on me. He didn't talk over me. He looked me in the eye while having a conversation. He gets a 10.

No confidence in this dr. I should have walked out when they made me fill out papers indicating this dr is not affiliated with OrthoNC practice. After waiting for 1 hour & 15 minutes alone in a room with no word he finally showed up & acted like it's normal to wait that long! He also did not review my records prior to seeing me. I found out more about my condition myself via ChatGPT than this dr fumbled his way through. I will not be seeing this dr again!

Dr. Horne and his supporting staff were extremely professional and handled my neck situation reasonably with a decision made cooperatively between he and my wife and myself to start with physical therapy vice a more invasive procedure. Looking forward to see if the PT works for me.
Best spinal care ever. Dr Horne is very detailed in his examinations, and encourages questions from patients, no matter how many you have. Unfortunately front desk staff could be a little more personable, but they are very professional and very efficient.
