I dont have much information that I can leave in this review. I was greeted by a very pleasant Secretary. I spend most of my time filling out paper work. I waited a while, until I was called back into a patient waiting room. Was Show moreAsked a few questions by a very pleasant Medical Assistant. She was very professional and friendly. She told me the doctor will be in shortly.Waited for a while before I was seen by the doctor. My visit with the doctor was very brief. No more than ten minutes if that. She wrote a few suggestions down for me. No examination or anything. I personally think after reviewing my medical records she should have been a bit more detailed. I left her office with many questions in mind. She came highly recommended. My visit ended. I was very surprised. But left. That's the summary of what my visit was
Dr. Prakash was very good but your International answering service is the worst. I have left 2 messages. Called back after the firs call when 2 weeks passed and I had not received a call . Was told by the person at the answering Show moreservice that the Dr had tried to call me twice and left messages. I do not have any messages of calls listed on my phone from your office. I asked at the point to please have her give me a call. It's been about 3 weeks or more and still no follow up. Please advise. Sheri Lunn 443-864-1506. PS. I left my GP because they had an international call center as well and they also were horrible.

Dr. Prakash and the entire staff was really friendly. I finally felt that I was being heard as a patient. Dr. Prakash was very empathic to my issues, and I’m very confident she will find a solution.

Everyone was very friendly and I was seen on time. The NP and Dr was very through and answered all my questions.
The staff is great and so is Dr. Parkash. The wait time is not good, waited for 40 minutes after the first appointment was scheduled to start. The wait time for the procedure was more than 30 minutes after the procedure was scheduled to start. When you are required to have a driver on standby for the procedure, this is inconvenient and not considerate. To have no one explain or apologize for the delay, is concerning. More than an apology, fix the scheduling, this is when you can tell people how great a practice is but warn them.... you'll be waiting forever.
Every was pleasant and very knowledgeable. There is a phlebotomist on site making it easier to get labs. Looking forward to receiving care again.
Dr. Prakash is very kind, thorough and clear when discussing a plan of action for your care. She made sure to take her time answering any of my questions, and she shows that she truly cares about helping you feel better
Easy check in . First time there . Np was nice. Answered all my questions and explained the procedure to me but when she left the room she told me I’ll tell Dr Prakash you are ready to see her but Dr Prakash wasn’t even there . She was running late
They were very understanding and quick to help resolve my problems.

My experience with the nurse practitioner, Kristin and Dr. Prakash were great. However, my appointment was at 1:30 and I was not called back to the room until 2:20 pm and did not see the doctor until 2:45 pm. This was the only minor hiccup. A heads up when checking in that they were on about an hour wait would’ve been helpful. I almost finished 2 full criminal mind episodes in the lobby lol
Other than the desk check in was a little confused just by a color code on the appt thinking it was a telehealth appt the rest went better

Check in was organised and quick. The only delay was at the lab in the second floor I stayed there for 40 minutes and no one checked on me or looked at my check in time. I had to go and talk to the tech who wasn’t aware that I was waiting because clearly she never checked which is part of her job
Dear Dr Prakash, the reason for not a 5 star is office staff, if you were not such a great dr I would find another office. When asked upon arrival if all on time I was told yes, 40 minutes later sitting in the waiting room and asking an assistant if I could be seen before my time I needed to leave for work happens, unpleasant. Then the calling in to get appointments/ procedure scheduled being on hold for more than 10 minutes to be told call back office staff unavailable is very frustrating.

Dr Prakash helped make sure l understand my upcoming procedure, also had a solution for one of my symptoms. The nurse and staff were also very helpful.

The whole experience was very positive. All the staff were very helpful, professional, and pleasant. Each person I dealt with made sure that they answered any questions I might have. Dr. Prakash and her staff made me feel much more comfortable about my upcoming procedure.
