Pirooz Eslami, FNP-BC

Dr. Eslami is a compassionate and highly accomplished healthcare provider with extensive experience in primary care, internal medicine, advanced nursing practice, and medical research.  With a career spanning decades in both clinical medicine and scientific research, he is dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care focused on prevention, wellness, and  long-term patient health.

At Shiraz Medical Group, Dr. Eslami provides comprehensive adult primary care with an  emphasis on chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and individualized treatment  plans. Patients appreciate his attentive approach, clinical knowledge, and commitment to taking  the time to truly listen and understand their healthcare needs.

Dr. Eslami’s educational and professional background reflects a lifelong dedication to excellence in medicine. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP),  Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from West  Coast University, graduating with outstanding academic honors. Prior to his nursing career, he  ompleted his medical doctorate in Internal Medicine at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and later completed postdoctoral fellowship training in Metabolic Syndrome at UCLA David
Geffen School of Medicine.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Eslami has contributed extensively to medical research in neurobiology, Alzheimer’s disease, essential tremor, metabolic disorders, and vascular medicine through collaborations with VA Medical Center and UCLA. His work has been published in multiple peer-reviewed medical journals and has earned professional recognition and research awards throughout his career.

Dr. Eslami believes in building strong relationships with patients through trust, education, compassion, and collaborative care. His broad clinical experience and strong academic foundation allow him to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care tailored to each individual patient.
