Polina Melamud, MSN, APRN-BC, is board certified Nurse practitioner. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, and practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2011, she brings both depth of knowledge and heartfelt dedication to every patient interaction. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, her career reflects a lifelong commitment to serving others through compassionate, patient-centered care. Over the course of two decades, she has had the privilege of caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. As a Nurse Practitioner, her mission is clear: to listen deeply, treat thoughtfully, and advocate fiercely for every individual who walks through her door.
