So I just end up emailing them, other than that he’s great and I’d recommend him for top surgery for my fellow trans brothers.

I feel the process was quite thorough and thoughtful. I’m very confident in the course of action taken and the competencies of Dr. Ramineni and Katie -- The feedback I wanted to share is that I found the paperwork confusing and disjointed at some points. The staff has been quite responsive to my inquiries. However, I would have made fewer calls and sent fewer emails if there was a patient portal that allowed me to access all the documents shared with me by the practice.
It was very quick, and everyone was very professional, and kind.
This office is Very professional very detailed and care about their patients. The wait in the office is very short. The staff is very pleasant. I would recommend Dr Ramineni to anyone who is looking for a great plastic surgeon!

10/10!! Just some ideas if you want to add more to patient experience: 1. Pre-procedure email on what to expect for timing, ability for getting home after, pain management (it can be a form email based on the procedure) 2. Post-Procedure email (again, could be a form email) with pain management/meds, timeline for when to wear supporting/compression materials, maybe FAQs. It’s just a lot to remember in the moment post-procedure and it would be great to have as a reference.

Dr. Ramineni has a wonderful bedside manner, and from my first consultation to the procedure itself and follow-ups, he was incredibly warm and patient with all of my questions. I am only a few days out from the procedure and I am already pleased with the results.

Great results, experienced surgeon, talks fast so be prepared for that
Very knowledgeable and considerate. He fixed another surgeons botched worked and considering how I came in, I perfectly happy with my results. Staff could be clearer ahead of time what post op looks like and what to expect. Being told changes or requirements last minute prevented the situation from going smoothly for me.

Dr Ramineni is simply the best doctor I've ever had to deal with. His team his wonderful. You have to put aside any bashfulness because they see every book and cranny in your body but they make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I just had the procedure and so far i'm happy with the results...So glad I chose West End and I highly recommend them for any cosmetic procedure you're considering.
