My overall visit from beginning to end was very pleasant and friendly. The wait time was very reasonable and once I was taken back to the room everything was done with concern and Dr. Princess is like a good friend with mad skillsShow more…lol. The biopsy was my first and her bedside manner made it seem like nothing happened. If I had to have this procedure done by anyone I am glad it was with Dr. Princess and Pam. The entire office was so friendly and helpful.

It was such a nice visit with Dr. Princess Thomas, MD today. She helped me and my son to understand my treatment plan and we are totally confident in her as a Medical Cancer Surgeon for my health and wellness.
Absolutely love the care that I received in this office. She laid rest some worries that I have had for sometime. When nobody else would do an ultrasound, she did one for me. It turned out to be something super simple. I did wait for about an hour before being called back and then waited about 30 minutes in the exam room. It’s Friday and they were probably slammed, but the weight made my anxiety, greater and greater. Overall, I am glad to have found this practice.

Dr Thomas is a warm, caring Doctor. She never rushes you and takes all the time that’s necessary for you to understand what is going on with you. I recommend her highly. She’s helped me to get thru my cancer. She’s wonderful.

I was recommended to Dr Thomas by my Gyn. I had a mammogram and a 2nd and a ultrasound and the hospital where I went was like oh we'll just wait! No!! I saw Dr Thomas and she was wonderful! Fully explaining everything to me and did a biopsy to ensure I was safe for now. I absolutely recommend her.

Princess Thomas and her assistant are so down to earth and very easy to talk to. They both made me feel very comfortable. Princess is very knowledgeable and I felt content with every question she answered for me. My procedure was done professionally with little to no pain. I’m thankful for her and her assistants.
Dr. Williams is caring, respectable , compassionate and is always informed and up to date with your particular situation. She listens to the patient attentively and always makes sure patient gets the best care and preventative care. Staff is very attentive.
Staff was very friendly. The Dr. Thomas is very friendly and professional has very good bedside manor. Also, notice she had in the office 2 scriptures in the bible from the book of Psalm. Nice to have a christian doctor that is not afraid to show that in her office. I came to see her for a second option and she agreed with me then what Novant was telling me. Nice to have a doctor that cares and listens.

You will never find a doctor/surgeon like her. She is professional, yet makes you feel as if you are family. She is the most caring doctor that I have ever had. She is patient and explains everything thoroughly. She is never in a rush.
Provider is wonderful but had to wait over 90 minutes to be seen.
Dr Thomas is the most wonderful caring Doctor I have ever had to take care of me. She explains everything and really lets you know she cares. I recommend her extremely high for your care and she is an excellent surgeon.
