Rachael Kolodziejczak, PMHNP-BC

Rachael Kolodziejczak, APN, PMHNP-BC, is an Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry. Rachael earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. Upon graduation, she gained experience as an Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse at Jefferson Health. Additionally, she worked in Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing, Emergency Mental Health/Crisis Stabilization, and Hospice Care settings. Driven by a passion for continued learning, Rachael pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, where she became a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. 

 

In addition to her education at UPenn, Rachael completed her clinical training at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and Clarity Psychiatry Care, where she received mentorship from Dr. Amy Carnell, DNP, APN, PMHNP-BC, and Cristina Sertway, MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC.
