She's is smart, caring , and has been my pain doctor for a long time. She is so good I ignored that she does not alway have the sharpest tools in the tool shed around her. I guess today the receptionist was heard getting rude tShow moreo a patent. I shrug them off because when I get to her I will be treated so kind and caring.. She's a keeper and worth it.
I love Rachel but the call center personnel are the worst!!! I’ve been hung up on, refused an appointment and given no help on refilling a prescription. If you get a man on the phone, either ask to speak to a supervisor or hang uShow morep and try again.
