Rachel Rochester

Rachel holds a Bachelors in Special Education from Mississippi State University and a Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. As the Occupational Therapy team leader, she brings extensive experience in clinic-based services, school interventions, and early childhood development. She specializes in sensory integration, feeding therapy, fine motor skills, and handwriting support. Rachel has completed advanced training, including SOS Approach to Feeding, Handwriting Without Tears, DIR Floortime, Tummy Time Method, and the STAR Institute’s 3S Symposium on Sensory Processing. Passionate about empowering families, she helps children build the skills they need for everyday success. Outside the clinic, Rachel enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her daughter, Lizzy.
