I am a therapist and clinical social worker who values seeing lasting change in the lives of the individuals with whom I work. Trained as a clinician, I primarily work with adults, couples and teenagers with a wide range of issues: anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, simple and complex trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship issues, and addiction. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and additionally utilize CBT, DBT, and mindfulness in my practice. My passion lies in helping individuals discover how past memories and experiences have affected the way they view themselves.
