Dr. Rael Bernstein, DDS,MS

In 1979, South African native Dr. Rael Bernstein began his 5 year, life-altering adventure in orthodontics as a patient. Unfortunately for him, headgear and braces were incredibly torturous back then. On one visit, he had the epiphany that would change the course of his own treatment. By putting in the required effort, he was rewarded with an amazing and confident smile. Based on that experience, Dr. Bernstein became an orthodontist and founded Bernstein Orthodontics, with the commitment and promise to provide patients with a rewarding and engaging orthodontic adventure. He attended the prestigious Wits Dental School - finishing top of his class. He then went on to complete his orthodontic specialty residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1998. Following his residency, Dr. Bernstein accepted a fellowship position at the University where he became a clinical assistant professor in the orthodontic department. At Bernstein Orthodontics, our office is dedicated to the evolution of orthodontics. This means providing state-of-the-art treatment solutions, which often translates to less pain, shorter treatment times, and bigger, more beautiful smiles.
