Wonderful Administrative/office staff! PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, WARM, CONSIDERATE, EFFICIENT, CARING (on the phone, as well as in person!) when I am dealing with them I feel like I have gone back 60 years to when people took pride Show morein their positions and considered their work a “career” vs “just a job.” This is a reflection of not only a great staff, but also a reflection of the caliber of the Office Manager or whoever makes the hiring decisions AND it “speaks volumes” regarding how the staff is treated by the Office Manager and the Doctors, etc. It is a domino effect! It is a pleasure to be a patient (well, maybe not a “pleasure” — wish I didn’t have these feet!

Rahul Mishra, DPM, is a dedicated podiatrist practicing at the Premier Foot and Ankle Center, located in Worcester, MA.
Dr. Mishra grew up in the Bay Area of California and went on to receive his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, California. He then completed his surgical residency training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital.
Dr. Mishra has a strong interest in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, bunion correction, limb salvage, and wound care. He is particularly drawn to complex surgical cases where restoring mobility and preventing long-term disability can truly change a patient’s life. Whether it’s correcting a painful deformity or performing limb salvage procedures to preserve independence, Dr. Mishra takes pride in offering both advanced surgical skill and compassionate care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Mishra enjoys exploring the Northeast, whether that means hiking local trails, traveling to new towns, or trying out unique restaurants. He is also a passionate sports fan who loves following his favorite teams and catching games whenever he can. For him, these experiences are a way to recharge and connect with the community he now calls home.

Appointment was for 830a. I was taken in almost immediately. The Medical Assistant was very pleasant. Dr Mishra was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. His diagnosis, and treatment very extensively. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who needs a foot doctor.
