Great doctor
My son is the patient he's 9. It's easy to get appointments and the staff are friendly
Doctor did not check my child, just literally had her tilt her head back and confirm what we were already informed by urgent care and we were sent there with a referral for treatment. On top of that, in the middle of me trying to ascertain information related to my child’s condition, he puts my child and mom out the the room and then placed a Jewish lady in the room. Mind you, I paid a $60 copay, seems like essentially for nothing.. The clinic manager she called herself who was young, was also disrespectful, rolling her eyes etc when informed her staff should’ve notified urgent care the doctor no longer provides certain treatment. The clinic manager states “they must’ve made the referral with the call center”.. Ummm, that’s no excuse genius, if the call center is fielding the calls and making appointments, it behooves you as the clinic manager to ensure they are updated as to what doctor performs what or if they no longer perform certain things.. She had the nerve to give me attitude when I informed her of this like it’s my fault she doesn’t have her staff up to date with information. I work for a medical facility and also am a patient myself elsewhere and have never seen or received such treatment. I don’t want to say it, but seemed a little racist.. the only person who was helpful and took time to explain and listen was a young lady named Danata (not sure if I spelled it correctly) and she was more responsive and helpful than the darned doctor and supposed clinic manager. Definitely would never recommend this place

An hour long wait time only for the doctor to see you for 5 minutes, it felt rushed and unprofessional in that aspect. But the testings done seem thorough.
