For many years, I have been going to ENT doctors for an assortment of ailments. One ailment that I was told I have by every ENT doctor I went to was that I had a deviated septum. So, I asked if it could be fixed, and they all claiShow moremed that it could be fixed, but there wouldn’t be any significant change. So, I said I am willing to do it even if there is a minor change, and they retorted that it just wasn’t worth it and refused to do the procedure to correct it. I didn’t go to just any doctors; I went to top-notch doctors, many from this company, and I also saw doctors who taught in prestigious hospitals like Mount Sinai in Manhattan. This is a sample of the doctors I visited. About A. Paul Vastola, MD https://www.entandallergy.com/find-a-doctor/a-paul-vastola-md/ Dr. Paul Vastola, who has been in practice for over 20 years, is an experienced, friendly, compassionate, and highly trained Adult and Pediatric Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist. Dr. Vastola graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Molecular Biology and went on to receive his Medical Degree from the Boston University School of Medicine, where he was on the National Dean's List and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his residency at the NY Hospital—Cornell Medical Center for General Surgery and at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital for Otolaryngology. He then pursued a Fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Baylor College of Medicine—Texas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Vastola has authored numerous presentations and publications on topics related to Pediatric Otolaryngology and has also provided his skills and expertise to multiple Medical Missions overseas. This went on for years, and I got older and didn’t want to travel a distance to see those fancy doctors who did nothing for me. I then looked up a doctor close to me, and it was the New York Institute of Otolaryngology, Dr. Raj Bhayani. I made an appointment to see the doctor, and he examined me and told me right away that I had a deviated septum and I should get it fixed. I was flabbergasted. I said I went to many doctors, and they told me it wasn’t worth it. He insisted that that was nonsense and it would certainly help you. I was skeptical and checked the doctor out on the internet and studied the procedure he claimed to do, and I thought I had nothing to lose, so I made an appointment and had the operation. I had a little difficulty with bleeding; however, that finally went away. In the subsequent weeks and months, I felt a significant change. I can sleep much better, breathe better, my appetite was better, my sniffling for many years went away and my overall feeling was better. I am very happy that I had the procedure, and I want to thank the doctor and the staff for being so wonderful. P.S. If anyone wants more information, you can email me at [email protected]

Excellent service
Great
Immensely chaotic office!
Me gustó como atendían con mucho profesionalismo
Good
1. The front desk was chaotic. The young interns there made a chart for me instead of my son. I had to correct them after they kept calling my name to answer questions. Only the office manager (I believe) was organized and redirected the staff on what they were supposed to do. 2. Forget how may HIPPA violations they did by calling everyone’s name in front of others and asking why they were there (front and back waiting room). The 5 other people waiting with us all knew we were there for an allergy test. Lucky it wasn’t anything more serious then that, but still I don’t want everyone knowing our business. 3. We paid a $30 copay to see the Dr. for 30 seconds after we waited an hour. The waiting part is fine if we got to accomplish the allergy test. However, they don’t tell you when you make the appointment that you are not supposed to take any allergy medicines if you’re getting an allergy test 5-7 days before. I cleared my whole work schedule, arranged babysitting for my other kids, just to be told that the test wasn’t happening. Annoying! 4. The allergist tech was so nasty and of course violating HIPPA by asking us in front of everyone in the back waiting room about our history and personal information. Basically they wasted our time!!! Don’t come here
He didn't listen nicely..to fast ....
Horrible doctor, only he was interested in is raking up as many patients as possible. Didn't care of giving a proper diagnosis, nor minimal treatment of my ear. A simple cleansing procedure. His girl's outside are meaner than him.
Thank good doctor

Very knowledgeable and experienced doctor. He works quickly and really knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend
The practice was very busy and you could tell that they were just rushing through examinations. I had to slow the doctor down and ask questions.
Best ent! I was having breathing issues for years and didn’t realize how it was affecting the quality of my life. Balloon synuplasty was great and went very smooth!
