I have been very impressed with Dr Shoor's level of interest and commitment in helping resolve an ongoing heath issue I have. Through his thoughtful questions, research and recommended tests he was able to identify a long term unShow morederlying issue and establish an effective treatment plan. In the beginning days of this process he even called me at home and spent over an hour on the phone with me talking about options and addressing concerns I had. This is the type of practice that all doctors should strive to meet.
Dr Shoor took his time to help talk through my pain and discomfort. He is a great professional.
Dr. Rajesh Shoor is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience providing compassionate, high-quality care. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and went on to complete his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford, NJ. Dr. Shoor completed his residency training in Internal Medicine in 2005 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark.
Following residency, Dr. Shoor served as a physician in the U.S. Army, including a 15-month deployment in Iraq, where he cared for soldiers in demanding environments. In 2008, he relocated to Southern New Hampshire, where he has since been dedicated to serving the local community through roles at Parkland Medical Center in Derry and Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.
Dr. Shoor is excited to welcome new patients to Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine. He is committed to building lasting relationships with patients and delivering personalized care focused on wellness and prevention.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Shoor enjoys running, exploring New England, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Very caring, kept checking in which was great.
Great experience with NP Shannon. Had a load of pain in my left molar, blood from the gums and a sore throat too. She prescribed the right meds that killed the germs, and I felt a lot better. Also, she called my dentist to arrange for a new temp. cap on my sore tooth which all worked out tremendously. Thanks Shannon and great job. Jim
