Ralf Lukner, MD, PhD, is a primary care physician and the founder of Lukner Medical Clinic, located in the Pampa Mall in Pampa, Texas. Dr. Lukner is dedicated to exceptional patient care and offers his extensive experience in medicine to provide children and adult patients with well-rounded care.
Dr. Lukner spends ample time with his patients to get to know them, their health, and treatment goals. Using his skillful problem-solving techniques, coupled with his respect and compassion toward patients’ concerns, he helps patients find the answers they need and treats their health with the utmost care.
He earned his bachelor and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin before returning for his doctoral degree (PhD) in chemical engineering. He then went on to complete his doctorate in medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Following his studies, he received internal medicine training, which focuses on health conditions that affect adults.
While he was in graduate school, Dr. Lukner was awarded the Hertz Foundation Fellowship for Research and the Coast Guard Auxiliary Certificate of Operational Merit (for rescuing a drowning person).
Dr. Lukner is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and is passionate about helping patients achieve excellent health outcomes.

DR Lukner is very conscientious and knowledgeable regarding my care and medicine in general and conveys understandable results/instruction and provides a written health summary report for each visit. I value his care as my PCP however my largest gripe is the extremely long waiting times to see him usually well more than an hour after my appointment time.
The best doctor ever !! He actually cares about his patients and by far one of the best doctors out there ! . I would recommend!
