Good visit she asked me what I wanted to ask her said nothing only had 2visits with the therapist increased my medication by 15 mg maybe it will help so far not doing anything only tried it last night

Ramandeep is kind and patient. She listens to you to make sure the treatments are being effective. Even if you just need to talk she will listen and she's never dismissive.
She listened to me but I did most of the talking. My chair was what seemed to be 8ft away from her desk. She asked a lot of questions, and with her (trainee?) was taking notes so it felt more Iike an interview in front of a panel than a discussion. I've never had an in person appointment with a psychiatrist so I'm not sure if that's what a first time visit is supposed to look like, and I was also nervous. My rating was based on how I felt about the appointment, I didn't know what to expect.
She is so great! I've experienced a lot of improvement under her care and treatment.

When we have a video appt, she arrives on time. I’ve had Dr.s in the past make me wait over 15 mins and she’s on at her exact time. She’s quick and to the point, friendly but professional. I’ve recommended her a couple of times to a few friends who have been looking for psychologist. Also, when I do go into the office, my comments about her are the same. She’s amazing and the front desk people are professional and nice as well.
