During my visits, including my most recent appointment for my hormone pellet replacement, Randall Burt has always been personable and easy to talk to. He takes time to have genuine conversations, often sharing what is going on in Show morehis own life and asking about my family and how we are doing. He creates a comfortable, relaxed environment, and I have always felt like more than just another patient. His friendly, caring approach has made it easy to communicate openly and has helped me feel at ease during my appointments.
A Frisco, Texas native and Texas A&M University graduate, Dr. Burt received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1998. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School / Parkland Hospital.
Dr. Burt joined OB/GYN North Dallas in 2002. Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Burt maintains his appointment as clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at UT Southwestern. He serves on numerous hospital committees, including the Credentials, Surgical Services, and Peer Review committees. His areas of interest include complicated, high-risk pregnancies and operative gynecology including da Vinci robotic surgery. He is the current chairman of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano.
Dr. Burt is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman. He enjoys spending his time with his wife and two children. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Dr Burt has been my gynecologist for years. He is a wonderful doctor, very caring, great bedside manner. I strongly recommend him.

I haven’t seen Dr. Burt since I had my baby so about a year and half ago and once again I was reminded today how much of an amazing doctor and an amazing person he is! Such great bedside manners and always listening and super supportive and caring. I’m a little sad I don’t get to visit as much as when I was pregnant but thankful to still see him and his staff a couple times a year! We need more doctors like him!

If it were not for Dr Burt, not sure I would come. Front desk didn’t say Good morning, I was met with what’s your name and what physician. Girl sitting next to her laying her head back dropping food in her mouth because her extra long finger nails could get it into her mouth. Totally unprofessional in a healthcare/health delivery environment.
I recently started seeing Dr. Burt after my OB-GYN retired. He was patient, and listened to all my concerns, and explained my options clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I am really glad I chose Dr. Burt.
Dr Burt has been nothing short of amazing. He has taken all of my concerns very seriously throughout my pregnancy. Trish Halbrook is his practitioner and she is also so amazing.
Like always, an appointment with Dr Burt was positive! I went in for a post hysterectomy 6-week check up. Dr Burt makes the patient feel as if she is the only person he is taking care of! He is knowledgeable, patient and provides answers to all questions, big and small. I am so happy that I am in the care of the very best medical professional!
