Staff was very competent and efficient. Kept me very well informed of the procedure. Good follow up advice. On a scale of one to 10 I would give the staff at 10. My overall experience was very satisfactory.

This is the best urgent care ever. From the staff to the physicians. Always prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

I had a good experience with this doctor. He was patient, attentive, and took my fever, cough, and headache seriously. He explained the treatment clearly and made me feel comfortable 🙏
Extermly well run clinic! Sterting with Bri at the front desk the entire staff is professional beyond reproach. I highly recomend Carter's.
I've had maybe 4 or 5 ear infections over the years and I've been to several different urgent care places about it, but this was the first time anybody even looked at my sinuses let alone provided me new insight. Couple that with a really convenient appointment/registration process and tons of open availability... hopefully I won't need it much but this is definitely my new go-to urgent care
