R. Chantel Martin, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience. She is the founder of Green Life Health & Wellness in Purcell, Oklahoma, where she provides personalized, evidence-based care for patients across the lifespan. Chantel provides primary and preventive care, pediatric and women’s health services, acute care, chronic disease management, weight management, and wellness-focused care. When appropriate, she incorporates a functional medicine approach to explore lifestyle, metabolic, nutritional, and hormonal factors that may influence health. Chantel believes great healthcare begins with listening.
