The check in process went very well. Staff was friendly. Dr was very professional. I was very comfortable discussing my concerns with her. She asked a lot of relevant questions so it was not just an exam and out.
Staff was great. Doctor lacked personality or empathy. She should have discussed my options before she made the painful decision she made.
