Dr Cohen is an excellent cardiologist. I have no negative comments about him. However, the office staff at the Santa Ana office need improvement. It is extremely difficult to reach the Santa Ana office via telephone. I frequently need to report an INR reading. It is always a headache get someone to answer the phone. There is frequently a message that they are busy or the answering service is activated during the day. When someone does answer the phone I’m am immediately put on hold before I can say anything, sometimes for as long as 10 minutes.
The provider seemed to be rushed. I was only able to ask a couple questions. I was given very simple answer when I wanted to learn more about my abnormal results.
