am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the conduct of a front desk staff member during my visit today. This employee has repeatedly treated me in a rude and disrespect ful manner. She rarely greets me and speaks to me dismissively. Today she repeatedly entered the wrong name while sending me a link, ignored my corrections, and spoke to me disrespectfully. I have also observed her treating other patients warmly, while interacting with me in a markedly different and disrespectful way

I had an updated interview regarding my 8/10/2026 Sleep Study, which was stated was better and there was improvement, but still need the machine.

Dr. Hussaini was very attentive and genuinely cared about my situation. He took the time to listen, allowed me to fully explain my concerns, and clearly discussed the treatment plan with me in a supportive and collaborative way.
The receptionist went above and beyond to make sure my sleep test was OK. I had all the information I needed answered all my questions. Very happy I went there. Everyone there has been so nice and kind.

Clerical Staff approach is professional, caring. Health care staff: sensitive, anticipating needs as patient, accomodating to our needs. Specialist MD is caring, highly professional, communicative...Appointments are as soon as we need. Also, during overnight stay during sleep apnea test, I felt free of anxiety, sleeping through well in spite of moments during assesment of sleep patterns without mask and with it.
