I was not able to get my Internet working in Solvang. I missed my Uber Driver. Fortunately, He showed up at the Solvang office. I think I will change to Santa Barbara location.
Julia and the staff at Alta are great...I felt listened to, and that my concerns were taken seriously. I would definitely recommend Alta if you need orthopedic care.

I would of had an explanation of why something didn't work and why my x-ray was never looked at. Also, would of like to hear some options beside an MRI to determine what is wrong

PA Julia Frohling was wonderful. Clear, efficient, kind and extremely intelligent. I appreciate how professional she is and very highly recommend her to anyone with spine needs.
Dr. Glusac was informed and provided information on all available options for ameliorating osteoarthritis in the knees. She briefly explained by X ray images and then we discussed options that made most sense to me and the reasons why. I will see Dr. Birch in a month.

Dear Julia, From what we can determine, the results of my EKG were not sent to your office. I left a message for Madyson but basically, I went to a cardiologist for the irregularities in my EKG. He would not approve me for surgery without a cardiac workup which I am now completing. But It will not be done by November 4 and the surgery cannot take place on that date, Probably, It will now go into the new year. Sorry for the mix up but thanks for your help. The alpha orthopedic staff is friendly helpful and willing to answer any questions I might have that includes the doctor's also.
