I have PPMS, and I’ve been with Dr Rebecca Jones for 3-1/2 years now since I switched to Ocrevus. I’m so glad I found her because she takes just enough time to hear what I’m saying, and then comes up with the ongoing treatment plaShow morens and suggestions. She’s an MS neurologist-specialist, which is much better than a general neurologist. There’s nuances in MS that specialist are in tune with more, in my personal opinion. I can tell she’s passionate about her practice as well as her patients, and she’s really the only one I trust treating me in the precarious yet vicious disease of MS.
The office staff was kind and courteous. The oddice space clean and tidy. There was no wait time for my scheduled appointment. The doctor herself took the time to answer and thoroughly explain all of my questions, I was not made tShow moreo feel rushed, she was very patient and provided me resources and options for my prolonged care, leaving no question unanswered. I left the office feeling as though I was in excellent care.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was a new patient and thought the Doctor would spend more time with me than she did. I was filling out my first patient paperwork (thought the Doctor would look at before she spoke with me) and was called back before I was able to complete it. I went back and Dr. Rebecca Jones did not look at my back and feel where my pain was. She had no bedside manner and was very rude. My PCP Doctor took more time to understand what was going on with me than she did. She gave no insight or suggestions that were helpful. It was so quick when I left even the front office said “that was fast”. I felt like it was just an appointment to take my money. Dr. Jones did not help or encourage me in any way. She was cold and had no empathy whatsoever. Please do not go to this Doctors office it will make you lose your faith in Doctors.
I am a 56-year-old with a 15+ year history of balance and mobility issues. I have seen multiple neurologists over the years to no avail. Finally, after seeing Dr. Jones, I finally have a diagnosis.!! I highly recommend seeing her! Thank you, Dr. Jones!

Dr Jones is great. My wife is her patient and in our last visit both our adult children were present. Dr Jones was very engaged with all our questions and very helpful in charting a way forward for some physical therapy and mental care.
Dr. Jones collected all my medical records from my previous neurologist and studied them before my appointment . She explained her observation very clearly and very understandably. I had a good Visit with Dr. Jones.
