YOU NEED SOME HELP IN MANAGING THE STRUGGLES THIS DISEASE BRINGS WITH IT. YOU NEED SOMEONE IN YOUR CORNER AND ON YOUR SIDE TO GET YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING. SOMEONE WHO CAN CALM YOUR SOUL AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OK AND BE HANDLED. THE MAIN PERSON ON YOUR TEAM NEEDS TO BE A QUALIFIED SPECIALIST, A QUALIFIED SPECIALIST PHYSICIAN, IN THE ARENA OF MS. A QUALIFIED NEUROLOGIST WHO SPECIALIZES IN MS, RESEARCH, AND THE BEST AND MOST APPROPRIATE MEDICINES AVAILABLE, AND WHO ALSO UNDERSTANDS MS PATIENT NEEDS. AND WHO SEEMS TO CARE FOR THEM. IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR JONES, SHE’S THE ONE WHO FILLS ALL THESE REQUIREMENTS. I’M HUMBLED AND FORTUNATE SHE TOOK ON MY CASE. I CAN RELAX A LITTLE KNOWING SHE’S ON MY SIDE, THAT SHE’S LOOKING OUT FOR ME, AND POINTING ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, AND TAKES TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS I HAVE. THERE’S NO CURE FOR MS, AND IT MAY GET MORE CHALLENGING FOR ME. I JUST FEEL LIKE DR JONES IS GOING TO BE RIGHT THERE IN THE FIGHT WITH ME TOO. I was referred to Dr Jones by my other neurologist. I found her practice staff to be very warm, put me at ease, checked me in quickly and overall great. I think Dr Rebecca Jones was such a down to earth and kind person and her knoShow morewledge if medications and my ppms disorder was so helpful. She suggested a medication that could help me with the fatigue I have due to MS. I found her to be a wonderful neurologist I can add to my care plan. She talked with me at length to make sure I had a chance to ask wuestions The only complaint I have is how far her facility is on E bell Rd. The office staff was kind and courteous. The oddice space clean and tidy. There was no wait time for my scheduled appointment. The doctor herself took the time to answer and thoroughly explain all of my questions, I was not made to feel rushed, she was very patient and provided me resources and options for my prolonged care, leaving no question unanswered. I left the office feeling as though I was in excellent care.

Rude, unprofessional, cold, unsympathetic. No exam given and didn't listen to my symptoms, in fact, she replied 'me too, it's normal when I spoke about my eye twitches and leg spasms, as well as in my arm. Really? Me too? Ok. I have MS symptoms and what was done pertaining to tests to rule it out? Nothing. Put me on Neurontin for Fibro.My rheumatologist can do that. She didn't listen to all my symptoms and deep concerns. Very unfriendly. Traumatic experience.
She's got that special touch, where you don't even know what's really going on. And by the time you remember what shes actually doing (sticking needles all over the back of your head/neck), its all over. Plus, if you ask, she just might hook you up with samples of medicine that just might work fir those aggressive migraines

My visit was quick, to the point, and informative.
I’m a 68 year old guy who has struggled with severe headaches since my teens and of all the doctors I’ve seen none ever suggested to have my neck checked out. So dr Jones ordered an mri of my neck and they found some problem areas that very well could be causing my headaches. I was so happy to hear this news that now I can get an injection that will possibly help make these headaches go away . Thank god for dr Jones’s ability and expertise in my diagnosis I truly trust her with my neurological care.
Dr. Jones has a lovely temperament and cares about her patients. She tried very hard to get me the migraine medicine I needed. I will keep going to her and change insurance if I ever need to so I can keep her as my doctor.

The MOST wonderful Dr! She listens, acts, asked me questions (she knew answer already) that NO OTHER DR asked about the stroke I had! Very thorough makes sure you are not dismissed. I can not say enough nice things about Dr Jones!
