Dr. Rebecca Jones is wonderful. She is very patient, and a great listener. This was the second visit, and based on tests and other information, she was able to diagnose what was happening and help me come up with a plan to deal wiShow moreth my medical issue. I was relieved. Her office staff are really nice and easy to work with. I walked out happy and very grateful. I'll see her from time to time to make sure that everything is going good. I'm glad she'll be there especially if any changes need to be made. You have to love having a doctor like that.
1. Great “bedside manner” ie, she was actively listening, her calm friendly but focused manner was very reassuring. 2. I appreciate “the conservative approach”- especially when the subject is my brain and nervous system! 3 Also Show moredeeply appreciate that she caught one of the medicines prescribed to me was no longer a safe choice given my medical issues. Dr jones listened to my story and to me as I described my symptoms. She also confirmed my suspicions about my health without being overly alarming, and decided on a path moving forward. Her assistant Christian and the young lady up front ( I forget her name ) were very professional and treated me with respect. Made me feel at ease. That was nice for a change.
Dr Jones is so caring and willing to look outside the box and assess and help you understand what may be driving your clinical symptoms. She proved me with no only clinical recommendations but emotional support as well. Veriy refreshing and hard to find these days.

Dr. Jones has been wonderful in helping me get relief from neuropathy through a combination of medications. While the needle-like pain, tingling and numbness are not completely gone, they have been reduced to a point that I'm able to enjoy being active again. Thank you so much Dr. Jones and I'd recommend anyone dealing with neuropathy to make an appointment with you ASAP.

I am very happy with the care I was given by doctor Rebecca Jones she asked alot of questions and seemed very interested in my health. I will continue to see her. The staff of office and nurses were all as nice and courteous as the doctor. Priscilla U.
