I’m happy to say I’m just had my pre-infusion exam with Dr Jones on 5/15/26. She always takes time to listen to worries, concerns, and answers all my questions. After coming out of a very near tragedy and lengthy hospital stay witShow moreh neuro rehab, we charted our best course of actions moving forward. She put my mind at ease with her treatment orders as well as follow up blood draws to track labs and treatment. She’s the best MS Neurologist I know of. I can’t tell you how pleasant she is to interact with, both professionally and as a friend. Her staff is very supportive and accommodating to me and friendly as well.
Dr Jones was very attentive, listened to my concerns with understanding, empathetic and I love that she does not come in with a computer! She helped me to better understand the diagnoses I have, learn about treatment options, and Show morethere was zero pressure to do anything, it was what felt right to me. I needed some testing and she worked with her team to add me to their very busy schedule before I left town to ensure everything is taken care of before my summer in Chicago. Definite 5 star experience!

1. Great “bedside manner” ie, she was actively listening, her calm friendly but focused manner was very reassuring. 2. I appreciate “the conservative approach”- especially when the subject is my brain and nervous system! 3 Also deeply appreciate that she caught one of the medicines prescribed to me was no longer a safe choice given my medical issues. I would have hated finding that out the hard way. Very happy to have such a clearly competent doctor on my medical care team.

For a patient with alot of issues, showing up on time has always been at the top of my list. And yet for some reason, they always tell that its going to be Okey, making me feel soooo much more at ease.

I was a first time patient. Got there early to fill out paperwork. As I was there was two front receptionist greeting and taking calls. There is no privacy wall and you can hear everything. One lady was talking to a patient over phone and arguing about where they need to go for a scan. The tone was not what I typically would hear from a Dr office. After she hung up, the two talked about the call. I met with the Dr. and she listened to why I was referred. She sketched on a piece of paper what is happening and then told me quickly what maintenance or meds I’d take, but told me when a symptom arises I can call to get the RX. Didn’t make much sense to me as my symptoms can come on any time, day or night. I left feeling defeated and that I had wasted time and money to be told I needed to continue being in pain. Not sure why I was referred to a neurological specialist if they can’t do anything that my primary doctor would do for me.
Dr. Jones. Is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced doctors I have ever met. She is calm and professional and welcomes all questions and provides solid answers. If she doesn’t know an answer, she will tell you. I have been seeing her for a couple of years and am also pleased with her staff. You won’t find a better doctor.

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor listened to my concerns. She requested further testing after the results came back she fully explained the results and without any hesitation made her recommendations to me. I will be forever be grateful she listens and cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to all who desire honesty, knowledge and compassion.

Dr Jones was wonderful. She took the time to look at my cervical spine photos and MRI paperwork prior to seeing me so she knew what was going on. She gave me information that I needed to hear and I understood what she was telling me. She let me know that if I needed anything else to please call and let her know. Glad she will be my new Neurologist!
