I’m happy to say I’m just had my pre-infusion exam with Dr Jones on 5/15/26. She always takes time to listen to worries, concerns, and answers all my questions. After coming out of a very near tragedy and lengthy hospital stay witShow moreh neuro rehab, we charted our best course of actions moving forward. She put my mind at ease with her treatment orders as well as follow up blood draws to track labs and treatment. She’s the best MS Neurologist I know of. I can’t tell you how pleasant she is to interact with, both professionally and as a friend. Her staff is very supportive and accommodating to me and friendly as well.
Dr. Jones is kind and caring. She not only asks how you are doing but what can she do to help you. She will review any lab work or imaging done with you and develop a plan of care with you. At the end of my visit, 2 medical assistants helped me to my vehicle to make sure I got there safely.

I went in to see Dr. Jones for a movement disorder. I spent more time filling out paperwork than she spent time with me. She didn't bother doing a physical exam of my movements. She seemed uninterested in my care. She was quick to throw pills at me. I will not be returning.
Dr. Jones was very gracious. Unlike other doctors I have had she listened and responded appropriately.

Dr Jones was very attentive, listened to my concerns with understanding, empathetic and I love that she does not come in with a computer! She helped me to better understand the diagnoses I have, learn about treatment options, and there was zero pressure to do anything, it was what felt right to me. I needed some testing and she worked with her team to add me to their very busy schedule before I left town to ensure everything is taken care of before my summer in Chicago. Definite 5 star experience!
