Rebecca Pihera, APRN-BC

Rebecca Pihera is a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Georgia State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University.  While completing her Master’s degree, Rebecca worked at Emory University Hospital Midtown with chronically ill patients.  Rebecca utilizes a comprehensive and holistic approach to mental health.  She believes that effective and sustainable healthcare encompasses mind and body and requires a true understanding of each individual’s needs.  She also believes that compassion and attentiveness are key to helping an individual reach their full potential.  She incorporates not only an in-depth understanding of mental health treatment modalities and medication but also a high level of medical experience into her practice.
