Regina was so easy to talk to, made you feel comfortable in sharing your medical information. Regina was able to explain what sleep apnea was, how it could affect you, and what the sleep study involved in terms that were easy to understand.
She was a good listener and I felt heard. She explained the sleep study process in detail. She asked me if I had questions and gave me answers. I was impressed with her manner and her knowledge.

Did not trust this provider. She kept trying to scare me about sleep apnea after she glanced at my throat over a computer screen after 2 seconds. In my opinion, this provider is not trustworthy and it seemed as all she wanted was to milk money for the test and treatment.
