Dr. Evangelista has been key in helping me determine a plan for my Arthritis Jaw issues. He is “Extremely personable” and explained details in a clear manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Evangelista and his Team.
The support staff were wonderful. One person was new and one had been there for a while, both kind and professional. Dr. Reimy Evangelista De Leon asked good questions and listened to responses carefully. I did not feel rushed. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the doctor is making a brace for my jaw, doctor said would be ready in two weeks, but when I scheduled to come back to get it, and told them that it would be ready in two weeks, they were scheduling over two months out.
Thoughtful review and discussion. We will see how it works after I get the splint.
Both the doctor and his staff are wonderful. They are kind and knowledgeable. I was in significant discomfort and he was the one doctor who found the issue and developed a plan that has led to significant improvement. I highly recommend this office!

Was apprehensive at first, but felt better after some conversation regarding my condition and the lack of help that I have received from other providers.
Doctors and staff were very nice. They were able to diagnose my problem on the first visit and we began treatment!
