Welcome! I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I have sixteen years working in the specialty of mental health and two years as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in Depression and Anxiety diagnosing, medication management and therapy. My goal in treatment is to help you reach your optimum level of mental health to live the life you desire. To help you get back to feeling like yourself, I use the treatment method of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and interpersonal psychotherapy in medication management sessions. CBT will help to change misconception of thoughts to more productive and positive thinking through social skills training, stress management and mindfulness. Each intervention is tailored to your unique needs and strengths. In our first session, we will start with a brief introduction, review your intake information, and create a treatment plan specific to your needs.
