My appointment was genuinely 26 minutes long and she kept telling she couldn’t help me, despite not providing me anywhere else to go or any helpful information other than to “go to the hospital” (I have been hospitalized and it gave me PTSD). She did not get to know me or my history. I think she was under the impression that I only wanted a certain medication when in reality I am trying to get my mental health under control without going inpatient because I am my moms full time caretaker.
Rhonda is well-informed, listens well, and is responsive. She has been helpful to me.
