1st off it was nice to arrive to the building maintained outside and then it was cleaner inside too, very pleasant. The staff was nice and friendly. Dr Caguin was great, very thorough and explained everything to me so I could undeShow morerstand everything completely. I definitely would see him again as i am f here from out of town and don't have a primary dr in the area. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to be seen right away.
What can I say about a clean ,fast moving office? The staff is nice and caring and the doctor is one of their best very concerned and gave great tips on getting better. Great job you guys! Keep it up.

Dr. Richard Caguin is an excellent physician who takes the time to truly listen and never makes patients feel rushed, unlike many urgent care providers. He consistently answers my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, making every visit a positive experience.
I was in there fast and out fast around 6pm! I do take my son here as well and it’s always speedy when I go with very little wait time.

He is very unprofessional in attitude and appearance. Instead of checking out my reason for being there, he actually told me 'if it doesn't get any better in a few days, go somewhere else and let them look at it!" I will not be returning. All I did that day was pay a copay and then be brushed off.
