Dr. Hopkins earned his medical degree at the Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. He then completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, Texas.
Dr. Hopkins is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecology.
