Cullen Hopkins, MD, is a board-certified gynecologist at Panhandle Obstetrics and Gynecology in Amarillo, Texas. Dr. Hopkins provides comprehensive patient care to female patients ages 12 and older.
Dr. Hopkins earned his medical degree at the Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. He then completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, Texas.
Dr. Hopkins is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecology. He is also a member of the Potter-Randall County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the Texas Association of Obstetrics and Gynecologists.

Absolute best place! Dr. Hopkins is absolutely amazing delivered my two biological children and two surrogate pregnancies. And just did my hysterectomy! I love the care I have received and always feel like a priority.
I absolutely love Dr Hopkins. Been seeing him for around 10 years and I haven’t had not one negative experience with him or staff! He is kind, compassionate, and makes you feel comfortable which is what you what during an already uncomfortable situation (paps) !! I would recommend him 100x and I promise you won’t be disappointed :) he’s the best for sure!!
