This office is a 10/10. After seeing many providers in the area, Kids Bright Clinic has truly been the best. They’re thorough, remember my kids’ histories and always try to squeeze us in when sick. I’m very cautious with who I truShow morest, but every provider goes the extra mile. They communicate clearly, take time to explain everything, and genuinely meet each child’s needs. Gives you great direction, does not paint a picture of all will be well if we give a medication, strives to solve problems without medication if at all possible but leaves that as an option if needed. Really appreciate her being so upfront about expectations and truthful
Great first experience
I strongly recommend and I’m very pleased with Rikki Broom. She takes time to let you know that she really cares for her patients. My grandson loves her so much. He gets so excited when I tell him you have an appointment with Mrs Rikki today. And if I tell him too early, he then rushes me to go. I tell him it’s not time yet, and he saids I’m sure it’s ok if we go early. We are very blessed that she is his provider.
Mrs. Rikki is the best! She has actually gotten to know my son and spends time asking him how he's feeling/what he thinks. If you've gone other places, you know this isn't always the case! Mrs. Rikki listens to us and takes our concerns seriously, she is knowledgeable, and always willing to help us figure things out.
We LOVE Ms. Rikki! We have never had an issues, she always takes her time with us. And the kids just love her!

I LOVE LOVE Mrs. Rikki! My son loves her also! She listens, she is patient, she actually talks to my son and gets a feel for HIM! Best place I have taken my child yet! The whole entire staff is amazing and so nice!
