The visit was very comforting! The environment was also comforting and everyone there is amazing! Rikki was very informative and made the experience for someone new to all of this just easy and understandable! My son was interacting and answering questions and she was very patient with him and loved his axolotl, Lucy (she’s a toy). I can’t wait to get started so he can get the help he needs and the plan she has in place will for sure get him there!
