I knew Jenn from a previous doctors office. I am so happy that she is with Riley now amazing doctor and amazing nurse. The perfect team. I’ll never go anywhere else. She’s so compassionate takes her time. Makes it very easy to talShow morek to her about anything. I recently lost all of my hair due to four months being in the hospital. And all of the medication. She gave me a hug multiple times like I said very compassionate, professional. I would highly recommend her and ask for her every time!
Riley has been my provider for a longtime and I trust him for my healthcare needs. I unfortunately came down with an upper respiratory infection with severe coughing and I have a swollen lymph node just above the collar bone. I teShow morexted him right away and he got 2 antibiotics scripts sent to the pharmacy so fast. If I had any other doctor taking care of me I probably couldn't even get in to see the dr that fast. Riley genuinely cares. He has the best bedside manner.

Riley is always quick to respond and quick to provide care. Very easy to talk to as well. Never going back to a “traditional” doctor again.
Always a great visit
We couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care Vital AZ provides. As a mother, you carry so much responsibility for your children, and Vital truly lifts a huge weight off our shoulders. I’ve never waited more than 24 hours for communication or care, which is incredibly reassuring. Thank you, Vital AZ, for taking such great care of our family and for restoring what’s been missing in healthcare.
Our visits with VitalAZ are always 5 stars. I texted Dr. Riley in the morning for my sick kiddos and was able to get them both seen the same day. My previous pediatrician hardly ever took same day sick appointments. I always love the convenience of not having to leave the house with sick kids. All my concerns are always addressed I never feel brushed off or that I'm asking a silly question. Dr. Riley even followed up to make sure both kids were getting better.
As always, Jen makes having your blood drawn a breeze! She's always so pleasant & a pleasure to see!

Jen drew my blood this morning and I honestly didn’t even feel the needle pierce my skin! She is so good at it! She is just the best!
We had our check ups for our two toddlers/little kids and as always Dr Riley makes it easy, fun, and stress free for all of us. My kids love seeing him and he's very good at listening and giving feedback on any issues we might be having. We can't recommend vital enough!

Riley is phenomenal. I appreciate how much he listens and really thinks before just throwing something at you. If he doesn’t have an answer he tries to find it and leads you in the direction of finding those answers. Something I very much value in a healthcare provider.

Dr Hooks is a great provider. Makes it so easy and comes to the house. He really listens to you on what’s going on and provides a few different options on treatment and what he would like to see. Always a great experience with him.
