Hello, my name is Rinkoo Sidhu and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) currently licensed in the states of Indiana, Texas, and California. I specialize in psychiatry and addiction medicine through a patient-centered approach. Patients are treated with evidence based techniques to help with their current issues ranging from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders and/or addiction. The initial session will involve a psychiatric evaluation to help guide your treatment and over time your treatment plan may be changed. Subsequent visits will be shorter than the initial visit and will be more problem-focused. A therapeutic approach is always used to treat patients along with the least evasive approach possible. Some patients may need to be on medications at times or need to be referred out. These options will be discussed with each client during either the initial visit or a subsequent visit.
