⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If my brain could write this review itself, it would – but luckily, I have a great neurologist to help me use it properly! From the moment He walked into the office, I knew I was in good hands – not just medically, buShow moret emotionally too. The front desk staff was friendly, the wait time was shorter than my attention span (which is saying something), and the doctor? Absolute rockstar. Let me tell you – this neurologist doesn’t just understand the brain, they read it like a well-written novel. I came in with a head full of questions (and possibly mild chaos), and left feeling understood, cared for, and most importantly, hopeful. They explained everything in a way that even my sleep-deprived, overcaffeinated self could understand. No confusing jargon, just real talk with compassion and the kind of Dr. I love. After being ill for 57 years and traveling all over the country, including his home state, for many years, I wish I had known he was not from Las Vegas. It’s not every day you find a doctor who’s part scientist, part therapist, and to know he is on my team, I wish I could start my first appointment all over again. Thank you, Dr. Balsiger - I'm excited to have you on my team. Came in for an MRI of my brain (from Lou Ruvo)—the call center said they had everything ready. Spoiler: they didn’t. Also, they gave me the wrong lobby and waiting room, so I wandered around like I was in a medical-themed escape room. When I finally got called, they were ready to scan my neck, not my noggin. Close… but no cortex. The staff in person were kind and helpful, but the communication between the call center and the office needs some serious rewiring. My neck got all the attention, but my brain's still waiting for its moment. Thanks to them, I’ve gone from “Is my brain broken?” to “My brain and I are working on things together now.” Progress! If you’re in Las Vegas and looking for a neurologist who’s brilliant, kind, and has possibly the steadiest hands and warmest heart in the city, this is your person. Your neurons will thank you. BIGGEST TRIGGER of Appointment was seeing some ALS patients in the lobby sitting
My appointment was at 9a.m. They called me back at 9:15a.m.. The Dr. that was doing his intern came in to discuss with me his role. We did an evaluation together he took notes to share with the Neurologist Dr. Basinger. It wasn’t Show more15 minutes before the dr. came in. His was very nice with great bedside manners. He explained to me his process of finding the cause of my medical issues. I look forward to seeing the neurologist and their wonderful staff. If you are looking for a neurologist I highly recommend Las Vegas Neurology Center.

I think they do a good job. I just don’t like waiting for appointments.
Very professional and polite and considerate
They are very busy, but once you get in, the doctors are wonderful. I've seen Dr. Robert Balsiger and Mira Henson, both fantastic!
Busy place! Was a bit hard to find. Staff is very pleasant and quick for as many patients that were there. They are very professional and thorough. Pleasant experience
EXCELLENCE
THE BEST DR!!! He take time to resolve all the cuestión. Thank Dr Balsiger
I’ve been a patient for two years now, Dr. Balsiger has been helping me with my spasticity with Botox injections and his team have been helping me to find the cause of the strokes. Rosario always responds to my emails with a solution to my problems/questions. I was very pleased with my visit a few weeks ago with Bern, he listened and provided me with good advice and guidance on this continued recovery.

Not just saying this, every person I interacted with at Las Vegas Neurology was fantastic. They were kind, did not make me feel rushed, listened to my story and answered my questions. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
The whole time I felt seen heard. I was especially impressed with the testing that was recommended to give a full and current medical assessment.
Very personable and thoroughly explained everything.
Everyone was very kind and concerned about my situation. Clear explanations throughout and they made sure I understood each step and explained why and what they are going to do to resolve if possible my situation. It was my first visit but very impressed and pleased with the doctors.
Both Jennifer and Dr. Balsinger provided detailed options for continuing and potentially improving my treatment. I truly appreciated the information and I am seriously considering all options. They are Great!
Super friendly and informative about my treatment plan and diagnosis.
Pleasant
Today we met with the Nurse Practitioner named Christian. We liked him and felt he is in good hands. I think we are in the managed care phase….I hope that if any questions or issues come up we will be able to contact the NP.
Initially, although initially greeted by staff members who were quite thorough and quite honest. The appointment is not appointment. Did not come out as I had expected. And we have to pursue further. Assistance to yeah, I got the answers we need. For my wife's medical care
Comfortable
My mom saw Dr A and Dr DR Balsiger. She was having a lot of side effects from keppra and I was hoping that they could change out the medication to something else and they did right away and even gave us samples of the new medication without having to go through a lot of red tape. Thank you so much for being so gracious because mom was being not so nice to both doctors. But, it wasn't her, it was the keppra. Thanks again, Eileen Sundberg
Everyone was very cordial and professional
Very cordial plus businesslike. Good patient questions.
Great was very kind and actually listened to what I had to say and what my concerns were.
It Was Magnificent. Service!
Great treatment
Dr. Balsiger is very customer oriented but sometimes there is discomfort if the nerve conduction survey has to be done. He definitely makes sure he answers all of your questions & concerns. He is a great doctor and I have been with him for eight years.
Dr. was very nice
