Very nice, clean, and well run office. Doctors attention to concerns were above and beyond.
Everyone was professional from the beginning to the end. Dr. Andrew was so nice and understanding. He let me speak without any interruption and he assured me that he and his team will do their very best to get me back on my feet.
On time and quick appointment, much appreciated.
Well First of all. I never saw him or anything doctor. I saw a Nurse Practioner. All she did was went over my test that a I had before. She asked if I wanted pills for pain i said no. She told me I had Virdigo and ask me if I had any attacks lately I said no. She said If I needed therapy just call. She told me I had carpal tunnel. She suggested some things for my wrists and she said I could see a hand specialist. She wants me to do an MRiband blood test for Vitamins b12. She said I had Nerve damage in my feet. I told her that I had read that I could reverse it. She said no that I could. She didn't really give me solutions for the burning in my feet or numbness in hands. This is the second time that I haven't see a doctor. I only get a nurse Practioner. I don't think they know more than a real doctor. No other subjection for pain were given.
Dr. Balsiger is very thorough, very professional, and does not rush his patience. He will definitely answer all of your questions. I highly recommend him.
