⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If my brain could write this review itself, it would – but luckily, I have a great neurologist to help me use it properly! From the moment He walked into the office, I knew I was in good hands – not just medically, buShow moret emotionally too. The front desk staff was friendly, the wait time was shorter than my attention span (which is saying something), and the doctor? Absolute rockstar. Let me tell you – this neurologist doesn’t just understand the brain, they read it like a well-written novel. I came in with a head full of questions (and possibly mild chaos), and left feeling understood, cared for, and most importantly, hopeful. They explained everything in a way that even my sleep-deprived, overcaffeinated self could understand. No confusing jargon, just real talk with compassion and the kind of Dr. I love. After being ill for 57 years and traveling all over the country, including his home state, for many years, I wish I had known he was not from Las Vegas. It’s not every day you find a doctor who’s part scientist, part therapist, and to know he is on my team, I wish I could start my first appointment all over again. Thank you, Dr. Balsiger - I'm excited to have you on my team. Came in for an MRI of my brain (from Lou Ruvo)—the call center said they had everything ready. Spoiler: they didn’t. Also, they gave me the wrong lobby and waiting room, so I wandered around like I was in a medical-themed escape room. When I finally got called, they were ready to scan my neck, not my noggin. Close… but no cortex. The staff in person were kind and helpful, but the communication between the call center and the office needs some serious rewiring. My neck got all the attention, but my brain's still waiting for its moment. Thanks to them, I’ve gone from “Is my brain broken?” to “My brain and I are working on things together now.” Progress! If you’re in Las Vegas and looking for a neurologist who’s brilliant, kind, and has possibly the steadiest hands and warmest heart in the city, this is your person. Your neurons will thank you. BIGGEST TRIGGER of Appointment was seeing some ALS patients in the lobby sitting
He was so thorough and I loved his bed side manner how I felt and what I was experiencing was his number one concern I have received appointments for other testing all with in a week and appointments aren’t being pushed out for weShow moreeks or months I would like to just say thank you for hearing me and understanding what are the possible steps that we made need to take take he made me comfortable with getting Botox for the headaches I saw a different neurologist and didn’t feel comfortable and I declined but I appreciate this doctor so far

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Balsiger & team & I am so grateful. Dr. Balsiger & Reji Paradela, APRN were both very thorough, listened to my concerns, and ordered additional tests to get to the root cause of my symptoms. Their staff is very friendly & professional. I’m happy to be working with them and their team to help me through my health journey.
*Go somewhere else* -Communication: I'm not exaggerating, I called 25+ times in two weeks and never got a call back. It's nearly impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Never received a return call after leaving a voicemail. Sent messages on the portal, never got a response. -Providers: I've seen Dr Balsiger ONCE. Every other appointment has been with a different NP or someone else. Nobody seems to be on the same page with my care plan. -Is this real life? : The medical assistant asked if I tried popping the cyst in my brain. I said no. He asked if anything came out. I was speechless. I can't make this up, this really happened. Listen to your recorded lines. I made an appt with your NP to discuss the cyst, the NP sent me a referral to a neurosurgeon who doesn't operate on that part of the brain. Then, your office sent me back to my PCP for a neurosurgeon recommendation. -Lack of Resolution: When they don't know what to do, they send you back to your PCP. -One star: They get one star because after multiple cancellations, I finally got a botox appointment for migraines. One cancellation was understandable due to an insurance denial. The other cancellations were unacceptable on their part - submitted to the pharmacy day before the injection, provider didn't show up, etc. I'm sure this will continue to happen if I continue 'treatment' here.

Wait a little long, but testing went by very quickly. Dr. Balsiger was pleasant, efficient and straight forward. He explained everything clearly and I left satisfied with the experience.
Everyone from check in to check out was very nice and professional. Answered any concerns that we had in regards to my aunt. We are sure that there will be many more questions in follow up appointments, but we would definitely recommend Las Vegas Neurology Center.
exceptional service appointment time was on time which was very much appreciated. thank you;
Very polite, caring willing ti listen. Took care of all our concerns
He kept me distracted while performing the tests. Actually was enjoying the conversations.
It was comforting, respectful and very helpful felt important not a number, or a pay check. Thank you I’ll tell others the same.
Quality of care
Very tough tests but needed to be done. The doctor and nurse made it as comfortable as could be for me . Really precise and technical procedure. Afterwards relieved
The technician and the doctor were both very nice and explained everything as I went through the procedure for the test that they were doing I would highly recommend them
Excellent personality and Job
The PA and Dr. Balsiger were excellent. Also fun to find out we have common roots in the far North of Minnesota!
Very professional, He reviewed my charts prior to my visit with him and was very knowledgeable to make recommendations. Highly encouraged to continue in his care.
My appointment with Dr. Balsinger was great. He took time to answer my questions and he explained things to me as far as some testing that needs to be done. I found him to be patient, informative, and interested in what was happening to me.
