Everyone was super professional and friendly. They all addressed my needs and my concerns and helped me get all the referrals I needed to get the proper care for my condition. They didn’t rush through our appointment and genuinelyShow more made me feel heard which I appreciate. They answered every question without making me feel uncomfortable. Thank you Dr. Robert & I believe her name is Bernadette… amazing!! She was such a sweet heart and very nurturing, documented all of my concerns and talked me step by step my upcoming plans for my health care without making it complicated. Every time I’d tell her a concern, she would dig for more information to really understand and keep track of what’s going on with me and just really showing how much she cares by not leaving anything overlooked. I’m excited for my upcoming treatment and I feel safe and as if I definitely have a knowledgeable team to work with.

I am very happy with the attention and care I received on my first visit. The check in process was smooth both online and at the office. The MA and NP were professional, patient and listened to my concerns. Dr. Balsinger was the lShow moreast to see me. He surprised me when he said he reviewed the information about me from my primary care doctor. I am sure I’ve never heard that before. Usually the doctor doesn’t seem to know why I’m there or who sent me. He was prepared with questions and listened to my replies. Today I received a call from the office to schedule tests. To say I was surprised was an understatement. So far, my care has been outstanding.

I was a new patient appt that was 20 min long. I came with a summary from the Mayo clinic that your provider Jennifer Walsh told me SHE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO READ. I had put an asterisk next to parts in the two page summary that I thought were important. She disagreed with some of the Mayo clinics recommendations, wanted to do repeat testing (with substandard tests) that Mayo clinic had already done. After hearing I have headaches in the morning that I feel are probably related to no sleep from my sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome diagnosis she ordered a MRI of the head, neck, and brain. She asked me about peripheral neuropathy testing I had 5 years ago and said she would order another nerve conduction. I thought this was to check out progression of the neuropathy. The appt, which Dr Mahajan attended, went as expected for me, but your technician and dr were looking for pinched nerves. I have no symptoms of pinched nerves and didn't complain of any. When Dr Mahajan asked about why I thought I had numbness in my feet. I said maybe from having Type 1 Diabetes for 50 yrs. He said Oh that might do it. Do your Drs read charts or was it not clear that I have bilateral neuropathy in both feet. Not something you would see in a pinched nerve. Jennifer Watson also requested a 24 hr EEG. I just had a 9 hour with the Mayo clinic the previous week. She said that wasn't enough and ordered the 24 hr. Your staff informed me later that I have to have a 30min first in your office before I can have a 24hr. I had the EEG results with me and no one asked for them, not that I am sure you would have read them. I called on Monday cancelled all the testing until I speak to someone. I looked at the patient portal and saw that the EEG is looking for epilepsy which I do not have and if your staff had taken a more complete history would have known that. Your provider also put that their were signs of clinical depression. How do you diagnosis that in 20 min and not even be looking at me for half that. I have no idea why the TM flow is necessary except to diagnosis possible Peripheral Artery Disease which can be done with the ABI test alone. I had a thorough Sweat Box test and Tilt table at the Mayo clinic. Finally you put me on a medication for Restless Leg Syndrome that wasn't the course recommended by Mayo, stating what they were suggesting would be to sedating, yet the drug recommended by you can cause hypotension upon standing (my chief complaint). My baseline blood pressure is 90/60 with my blood pressure medication. Why am I putting all this here because no one has called me, responded to my requests and my follow up is Jan with Jennifer Walsh. BTW the Ropinirole makes me dizzy and nauseous.
